I know it’s not quite Lisa reading, but this past Christmas episode “To Cur with Love”, where we learn the origins of several of Springfield’s stock characters, Grandpa Simpson shows Lisa the autobiographies of Herman, Nelson Muntz, and Dr. Hibbert! Here’s Herman’s first. 

Hemingway would approve.
